The Student Saver allows unlimited travel in the Stoke Network area all day and every day, including evenings and weekends for a full term or academic year.

Students studying full time at universities, colleges or sixth form in Stoke can buy money-saving Local Stoke Student Saver tickets lasting for a term or full academic year.
Discounts may be available for some students, your college should have details on whether student are eligible (terms & conditions apply). Proof of full-time education will be required on purchase.

To apply for your Wardle Local Student Saver, please call Moira Mountfield on 01543 466126 ext. 129 or pick up an application form from your College or University. You will need proof of full-time education in the current academic year and a passport sized photograph.



Frequently Asked Questions

Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions regarding our range of student tickets:

1. Who can buy a Wardle Student Saver?
It is available to all students, studying at any school, college or university in the area of validity.

2. On which Wardle Transport buses can I use my Student Saver?
A Student Saver holder can travel on all Wardle Transport buse services in the Saver Area covered by that ticket or dedicated service.
 
3. How do I get a Student Saver?
To apply, please call Moira Mountfield on 01543 466126 ext. 129
or pick up an application form from your College or University. You will need proof of full-time education in the current academic year and a passport sized photograph.
 
4. What happens if I lose my Student Saver?
Please try not to! Losing your ticket is like losing money and we cannot guarantee to replace it unless we are satisfied that the ticket cannot be used for travel by any other person.
We may at our discretion replace lost or stolen tickets provided that the occurrence has been reported to the police. A charge of £25 will always be made for the replacement of a lost, stolen or damaged ticket.

Please call 01543 466126 ext. 129 to receive advice on procedure. Please note that we will prosecute anyone attempting to travel on Wardle Transport services with fraudulent or stolen tickets.

5. What happens if I leave college or university before my ticket expires?
Call 01543 466126 ext. 129, and we'll explain what to do. You can normally get a refund (which is worked out on a pro rata basis), for the time left on your pass.
