Getting to Derby from Hanley, Stoke, Fenton, Meir, Mear Heath, Meir Park, Blythe Bridge, Uttoxeter, Sudbury, Scropton, Hatton, Hilton, Etwall, Mickleover, Royal Derby Hospital is going to be easy from Monday 2 April 2012 as Wardle Transport introduces X50 – fast along the A50 straight to the heart of Derby city centre up to every 60 minutes daytime Monday to Saturday.
X50 is ideal for: shopping, going to college, to work or just chilling out with friends!
X50 has a great range of fares to suit everyone – here are a few examples:
Hanley to Derby
• £5 adult single
• £8 2-trip ticket (no need to return the same day)
Hanley to Uttoxeter
• £3 adult single
• £4.60 2-trip ticket (no need to return the same day)
Use X50 locally too!
Meir Heath to Hanley
• £1.90 adult single
• £3.60 adult 2-trip ticket (no need to return the same day)
If you are under 20 years of age and live in Staffordshire you are eligible for a card which will allow you to travel for just £1 on any bus journey which starts or finishes in Staffordshire – so Blythe Bridge to Derby or to Hanley for just £1 with a ‘Your Staffordshire Bus Card – get yours today (call 0300 111 8000 for details of how to obtain a card).
We accept all concessionary travel passes in the usual way plus if you’re travelling before 9.30am Monday to Friday and hold a Stoke City Council 60+ pass then its £1.50 for a single journey – normally pass holders would need to pay full fare!

Customers will be able to collect timetable leaflets from the Wardle Transport roadshow event in Hanley town centre on Friday 30 March 2012 – 9am till 2pm at the display area in Old Hall Street Hanley opposite Argos and entrance to bus station.
New timetable leaflets will also be available from local libraries, Tourist Information Centres along with the Travel Kiosk at Hanley Bus Station and the Travel Shop in Derby Bus Station. We will be pleased to send you a copy of X50 timetable – call us on 01782 827 282.
