Wardle Transport wins local bus routes in recent County Council round of tenders

Its good news for Wardle Transport as the company wins two local bus services in Staffordshire County Council’s recent tender round in the Stafford area. The new look routes and timetables start from 4 September 2011.

Here are details of the new look to local bus services in the Stafford area:

Service 7: Stafford – Ten Butts Crescent
Buses will depart from Stafford, Chell Road on Monday to Saturday at 0940 (Not Sat), 1040, 1140, 1240, 1340 (Not Sat), 1440, 1540 (Sat and School Holidays) and 1550 (Schooldays).

Buses return from Ten Butts Crescent on Monday to Saturday at:
0859, 0954 (Not Sat), 1054, 1154, 1254, 1354 (Not Sat), 1454, 1554 (Sat and School Holidays).

Service 432: Stafford – Eccleshall – Knightley – Woodseaves
Service 433: Stafford – Eccleshall – Bishops Offley – Woodseaves - Knightley
A revised route and timetable will be introduced on service 432 and service 433. Service 432 will no longer run from/to Loggerheads and Market Drayton. Daytime journeys will be operated by Wardle Transport and evening buses by Arriva Midlands.
Arriva Midlands multi-journey saver tickets are valid on journeys operated by Wardle Transport.
 
Timetable leaflets will be available from local Libraries and Tourist Information Centres.
